Naas/Clane Youth Project
Who we are
We are Naas and Clane Youth Project,Community based youth project based in the town of both Naas and Clane. We aim to work with young people in their own communities supporting them in social and personal development, building resilience, supporting them with issues that are important to them.
We are staffed by qualified and experienced youth workers, supported by support staff and volunteers. We are young people led and hold young people’s voices, a key part of change and development and important within communities and society,
We hold equality, inclusion and opportunities for all at the centre of our work.
What we do

We run weekly groups focused on social change for young people in a non formal education setting based on the needs and issues coming up for young people.
- We use skill based and artistic approaches to deliver programmes that support development.
- We increase our engagement with young people during out of school times: easter,summer, mid term breaks, etc.
- We provide a safe, warm space for young people to meet others and provide positive peer influences.
